We developed a consumer insights system to evaluate future development sights and assess competitive efforts. This consumer segmentation strategy led to growth for all divisions in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West. By aligning land acquisition with a targeted consumer strategy Pulte homes successfully entered new segments ranging from first time home buyers, move up, luxury, and empty nester.  This increased Pulte's market share in all divisions by double digits. Implemented and trained teams in the use of this proprietary methodology and technology across the country.
